Chief Executive Officer's Message

Dear Valued Members, Well-Wishers and Member,

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Janasachetan Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the CEO of Janasachetan, an institution with a glorious history and a significant contribution to the promotion and development of the cooperative movement in Dolakha district. Over the years, Janasachetan has earned the trust and confidence of its members through its commitment to their socio-economic well-being and the holistic development of the institution.

As the Chief Executive Officer, I am committed to carrying forward this legacy with professionalism, integrity, accountability and innovation. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that the institution remains financially sound, operationally efficient, member-focused and sustainable for generations to come.

We will continue to strengthen our services by embracing modern technology, effective risk management, transparent financial practices and efficient institutional systems. At the same time, we will ensure that every decision and activity remains aligned with the principles, values and objectives of the cooperative movement.

Our members are at the heart of Janasachetan. Therefore, we will continuously work to improve the quality, accessibility and reliability of our financial and non-financial services. We will listen to our members, understand their changing needs and respond through practical, innovative and sustainable solutions.

Good governance, regulatory compliance, transparency and accountability will remain the fundamental pillars of our management approach. We believe that sustainable growth can only be achieved when member trust, institutional discipline and professional management move together.

I also strongly believe in teamwork. The collective efforts of our Board, management, employees, members and all stakeholders will be instrumental in taking Janasachetan to a stronger and more competitive position in the days ahead.

As we move forward, our vision will be to build a safe, sound, modern, inclusive and member-centric cooperative institution that creates lasting value for its members and contributes meaningfully to the socio-economic development of our community.
